How the Romans perfected Divide and Rule with the first known PsyOp: Christianity.

I have received a bit of feedback on various forums regarding disbelief as to the scope and extent of the "divide and rule / divide and conquer" strategy used to both build empire and socially engineer home societies. I use that term as a generic reference for all the precedent strategies leading to the school of thought that advocates modern globalisation as an engineered process designed to centralise the operational functionality and concentrate influence/ wealth in the hands of special interests. In this context history must be viewed in terms of financial transaction and detective work centered around re-evaluating motives around who stood to gain what.

As a reminder, this globalist engineered society reveals maliceand misdirection as standard practice when special interests seek to influence the playing field outside the purview of democratically elected representative government.  this myth has governent accountable to public oversight, these power structures are an illusion, reality stands in stark contrast to the global village school of thought which perceives large multinational conglomerates, complex shareholder arrangements, mergers, acquisitions, share buybacks, boom and bust cycles and technocracy as the way humans react organically to a world being made smaller by technology. Using this cognitively aware perspective, a self understood "confirmation bias" is implicitly called for when reevaluating conventional wisdom. Once done we should then set about falsifying our own interpretation which realistically factors in human nature. It is from that perspective that history must be rejected even last weeks history in the form of the TV news, where ideological reasoning, overthrow of "brutal dictators", reasons for fighting wars, role of religion, partisanship and ethnic strife must be rejected as a matter of policy owing to unforgivable naivety.

Whether it's the  Arab Spring, Vietnam, The First World War, The Russian Revolution, the Crusades, The Inquisitions, The Imperial wars of Rome, The Peloponesion Wars or the Conquests of Alexander The Great it matters not. The historical accounts must always be considered to have been sanitised as some or other form of propaganda or spin in need of a critical eye. It is on this basis that I do not spend time squabbling with the one-eyed kings in the land of the blind, those trained or educated formally by tertiary educational institutions in the Neoliberal Globalist institutions. If I wanted the wrong, establishment sanctioned account of how we ended up in such a mess I would simply consult the Encyclopedia Britannica or even Wikipedia. I refer to this post, which must be read to appreciate this follow up:

The biggest point of contest I encounter is the fact that this strategy is not presented as such a package in either mainstream quick-check sources (Wikipedia) or in the involved courses of history as taught in the Neoliberal, globalist captured universities of today.  Well, I have news for those that simply accept narratives and resist postponing understanding until the story makes sense commensurate with our understanding of human nature... and the old adage "money makes the world go [a]round".
Broaden your gaze, you will not get it spelled out for you in such a fashion and you cannot rely on such conclusions being spoon-fed to you. History, much of science, economics and many other things are taught in narratives.  That is PRECISELY what got us into this mess. If manufacturing consent were not an agenda these subjects would not each cotemporary consensus, they would present competing hypothesis to students and allow them to major WITHIN a subject and still graduate by allowing a reasonable variance of divergent interpretation instead of conflating successful grades with how closely ones knowledge conforms with the narrative of the status quo. This is logical apart from anything else because we all know consensus is ultimately overturned 100% of the time.

Narratives include historical narratives including the history of art and specialist studies centered around motive, Egyptology, theoretical physics and all publically funded sciences and political science, economics and even philosophy and psychology.

This would not include historically verifiable source documents or archaeological evidence (which must always be subject to review with new methods and technology). It would obviously not include languages, mathematics and science or technical studies based on engineering or industry which are self correcting by the self evident premise that faulty design does not produce results. In other words:

  • Cars internal combustion engines work to highly specified standards stemming from principles of thermodynamics and chemistry.
  • The power grid is functional thanks to electrical engineering stemming from Maxwell's Equations, the work of Faraday, Gauss, Tesla and others
  • Planes fly, probes explore mars and the outer solar system and rocket capsules reach the moon based on aeronaughtical engineering, orbital mechanics and classical mechanics dating back to the classical physics of Newton and Galileo.
  •  You are reading this on a functional device, its therefore not feasible to teach a competing hypothesis that doesn't work unless it somehow adds value to know where and why past thinking produced which dead ends, possibly with a view to revive old ideas with new perspectives.

Examples of historical resources from different angles:

It is very likely that these tactics go back much further and the elites behind them (or just the tactics themselves) hop from empire to empire. They hopped from the version of Rome they modelled on the ancient Greeks and stole from the Etruscan's,  to the Christian Rome, the Byzantine, or Holy Roman Empire.  Far earlier than that the mysterious figure of Phillip II of Macedonia is the earliest modern globalist I can trace, with his League of Corinth. His son Alexander (The Great) great surely had the quickest success in a world not yet ready to resist such a nuanced and multifaceted assault. The financial tricks were likely developed fully when Alexander made it to Babylon.  This would become "Babylonian money magic" somewhat related to usury, or the "money renting" practised by the Knights Templar.  The financial aspect is vital and I cover it in depth here in this post.  Ultimately it translates more into a globalist tool against sovereign entities through deficit spending, starting in the temples, the Mints and now central banks.

The history of Macedonia before Phillip II and Alexander The Great.

The supranational and supernational diplomatic genius of Philip II of Macedonia was ahead of any of the other civilational powers of the time, along with his much more sophisticated use of military.

Elsewhere Genghis Khan would a thousand years later rule supreme, possibly (and this is not well known) the richest man in history, with yet another form of globalism/ empire more similar outwardly to Alexander than the Romans. Yet Philip prepared Alexander, who preparwd Ghengis? The Mongols were who exactly?  The only other empire to have been officially larger, the British Empire, seemed vastly different.

In reality these empires were more similar fundamentally than represented purely on the basis of concentrating wealth and power. This is accomplished by demanding men for armies, having the colonisation logistics and militaries used for plunder financed by the same people exploited in its sevice or vitims of its conquests or obligatory tribute and slavery. What differs is how it represented. Is it open conquest, declared in the name of the Crown/ nationalism etc? Or ... or is it a secretive empire like the empire of today'.

How the tactics of empire formed the Mongol Horde is the begining days.

All 3 of these approaches were, however, already combined by the time the Roman empire practised it not too after Alexander but before the Mongol Horde. What relics of Rome were spread far and wide Before a shadowy cult (The Imperial Cult) hijacked Rome they were a republic, but a republic has its military focused on defence.  An Empire is much better to focus on conquest to support the imperial system (now globalism is starting to resemble this). They were a new kind of king suited for multiple conquest lands rather than just one, an emperor, and ruled supreme (or at least those behind these figureheads did) .

Back to the Romans
In terms of actual evidence we are left scratching our heads. Titus Flavian set the time of Jesus to the previous dynasty 40 years earlier to allow for prophecy to be fulfilled, which he was doing, such as destroying the temple and then destroyed all other competing texts. That is why the dead sea scrolls are so important, they were hidden when the Romans took back Roman Palestine from the Rebellion, the only example of writings from the time.

Not too much later in history the Vatican sought control over most sovereign nations and this then persisted with the Knights Templar and the Jesuits.  The globalist versus sovereign struggle is almost as old as civilization itself.  This is as clear as it can possibly get but history can NEVER reflect this narrative since the interests behind it are still in operation today.  The Vatican has deleted so much of our history that it should count as a crime against humanity.  I suspect that much of this evidence is still partly recoverable, hidden somewhere in the Vatican or in the vaults the very highest echelons of today's elite. This may even explain the extensive fraud permeating archaeology and Egyptology today although that is just speculation.

The roman Psychological Operation to invent Jesus for purposes of divide and conquer over the Jews in Judea / Roman Palestine would later be used domestically by Constantine who would turn the cross into an upside sword and use it for divide and rule at home and for empire building.  The Romans were ruthless and effective at this and no trace of similar operations or societies survives as they obliterated Carthage (spawned by the trade of the Phoenicians , modern day Tunisia but they had a trade-based empire all over the Mediterranean basin and had to go).  They also obliterated the Greek City State of Corinth, where globalization was possibly born under Phillips ll, and left no record whatsoever of the Druids of England.  Under Titus Flavian they had similar success in some ways in Palestine, massacaring the Jews mercilessly as punishment for an earlier rebelian. They waited until passover and committed the attack, destroying the temple and fulfilling a backdated prophesy. Titus had Josephus, one of the Jewish rebellion leaders and now a turncoat, along with the Herods and the Alexanders write and set the books of the New Testament. In the end giving rise to both Christianity and Rabinical Judaism which is another story.

Later empires swallowed what is left of the original Hebrews and Israelite's of the bible, such as the Assyrians invading Sumer in the north and the 10 lost tribes. The Romans took one hundred thousand slaves from Jerusalem. The only Jews left are the later European converts from the Ottoman Turkish regions and the steppes of Russia where the descendants were not from the Tribe of Judah.  These groups make up the largely European/Eurasian descended Ashkenazi population of Israel today.

They took the first great agricultural societies farming myth based on the rising of the sun, the months of the year, the zodiac and the seasons which had become anthropomorphized into a literal story by dozens of societies who already had a Christ figure rising from the dead for purposes of redemption. There was no actual person called Jesus, history only reflects certain Christ like cult leaders, of which there were many. Here is comprehensive evidence of this archetypal myth.

Caesars Messiah

The Flavian dynasty was a Roman imperial dynasty, which ruled the Roman Empire between 69 AD and 96 AD, encompassing the reigns of Vespasian (69–79), and his two sons Titus (79–81) and Domitian (81–96). The Flavians rose to power during the civil war of 69, known as the Year of the Four Emperors

The creators of this PsyOp were the Flavians, who filled out the the core structure of the above myth, which would have made a lousy PsyOp, with all the finer points of a brilliant psychological manipulation as well as the narcissism of a Caesar and the drama and construct of great theater.

Here is an excellent documentary which I was delighted to find, and never knew existed until this week. Surprisingly, it uses more traditional forms of historical interpretation yet it affirms everything I have come to suspect and more. Claims it has been "debunked" are weak  and ignore the obvious impossibility of wholesale narrative rejection. Its well worth the watch.  Since it is over an hour long I will post the YouTube link below.

The Roman destruction of Carthage: An Insight into the Roman origins based around a suspiciously fast rise around its shadowy cults and merchant geneses of today's multinationals.

The Collapse of the Roman Empire was a controlled destruction based around deficit spending, just as is being done by globalists today who have not changed strategy.

This post is not concerned with the debate over whether BRICS is alive or dead because of Brazil or Bolsenaros leaning to the US. It's concerned with tracking data that we should all looking at instead of just reading Op Eds and opinion pieces. The bigger issue is multipolarity and hegemony.

The little legal case that threatened the entire banking system.

The following is an article I am hosting from www.thetruthaboutthelaw.com. It can be found here:
    http://www.thetruthaboutthelaw.com/banks-lend-money-they-create-out-of-thin-air/
I want to tell you about a simple little case from an obscure little court, where the findings and verdict posed such a danger to the money power, that they tried to prevent the judge from even entering the verdict. He refused. One week later the judge had an “unfortunate” fishing accident and died.
As for the lawyer/individual who brought the case and won it to the jury? Well he was coincidentally disbarred. Oh and the case findings? they were “nullified” on procedural grounds because well, “that’s the law”. And now of course, any lawyer who attempts to cite the case, well, they too face sanctions and possible disbarment by the “licensing” system the government runs that “allows” them to operate in the “legal system” the government runs. Remember, it is all just “following the law”.  What, do you not “support law and order”? You probably hate kittens too then.
So what in the world could the case have stood for that made the system react so violently? Simple. It exposed the truth about the banking system in a simple and straightforward way that allowed anyone to understand the fraud that it is.
And, just as importantly, it showed how the people could defend themselves.
Chomsky quoteBefore I tell you about “The Credit River Case” I want to make sure you understand the legal issue.  In order to have a contract even the NSA admits you need the following.
At common law, the elements of a contract are offer, acceptance, intention to create legal relations, and consideration.
This just means the parties have to discuss terms, come to agreement on the terms and then we both have to be OBLIGATED to exchange something of value. The something of value is called “consideration” in the law. Here, from the same NSA link, is what they say about that.
Consideration is something of value given by a promissor to a promisee in exchange for something of value given by a promisee to a promissor. Typically, the thing of value is a payment, although it may be an act, or forbearance to act, when one is privileged to do so, such as an adult refraining from smoking. This thing of value or forbearance from some legal right is considered to be a legal detriment. In the exchange of legal detriments, a bargain is created.
It's so beautiful isn't it? Here is another legally binding contract where it is difficult to determine whether the "consideration" was valid.
It’s so beautiful isn’t it? Here is an excellent example of a legally binding contract where it can be difficult to determine whether the “consideration” was valid, and what the exact terms were.
So not only do we have to agree to the exchange, but you have to each exchange something of value that is considered a “legal detriment”. It must be real. If you pay me with counterfeit money, well, the contract “fails for lack of consideration”, in legal terminology. You “gave me” something that “was not real and not what we discussed” so I didn’t get the “benefit of the bargain”  That is really all contract law is, a formal discussion of agreements between people.
So now with that legal understanding, let’s look at the  “Credit River Case”.  I encourage you to go look at all of the paperwork yourself if you are interested go to page and search the link for credit river docs mid page.
The case is straightforward.  The Bank/Plaintiff was trying to foreclose, and the property owner/Defendant was defending the action claiming that there was no valid consideration given by the bank under the contract because it simply created the “money” that it “gave” by making a bookkeeping entry. Here is how the court described it.
Lawrence V. Morgan was the only witness called for Plaintiff (Bank)  and Defendant testified as the only witness in his own behalf.   Plaintiff brought this as a Common Law action for the recovery of the possession …by foreclosure of a Note and Mortgage Deed….
Defendant appeared and answered that the Plaintiff created the money and credit upon its own books by bookkeeping entry as the consideration for the Note and Mortgage of May 8, 1964 and alleged failure of the consideration for the Mortgage Deed and alleged that the Sheriff’s sale passed no title to plaintiff.
The issues tried to the Jury were whether there was a lawful consideration and whether Defendant had waived his rights to complain about the consideration having paid on the Note for almost 3 years.
Mr. Morgan (the Bank’s only witness) admitted that all of the money or credit which was used as a consideration was created upon their books, that this was standard banking practice exercised by their bank in combination with the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, another private Bank, further that he knew of no United States Statute or Law that gave the Plaintiff the authority to do this.
"Owned", hmmm, exactly how did they buy that again?
“Owned”, hmmm, exactly what did they use to buy it with again?  I’m a bit unclear on that.
So a straightforward simple case with very straightforward allegations.  The case was tried to a jury.  They found against the bank.  Basically finding that the bank WAS NOT ENTITLED TO POSSESSION because it hadn’t given ANY CONSIDERATION when it made the mortgage!!
Here is the short memorandum opinion that the court entered into the record with the order after the trial.  The order the powers that be did everything they could to prevent the judge from entering.
    MEMORANDUM
The issues in this case were simple. There was no material dispute of the facts for the Jury to resolve.
Plaintiff admitted that it, in combination with the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, which are for all practical purposes, because of their interlocking activity and practices, and both being Banking Institutions Incorporated under the Laws of the United States, are in the Law to be treated as one and the same Bank, did create the entire $14,000.00 in money or credit upon its own books by bookkeeping entry. That this was the Consideration used to support the Note dated May 8, 1964 and the Mortgage of the same date. The money and credit first came into existence when they created it. Mr. Morgan admitted that no United States Law Statute existed which gave him the right to do this. A lawful consideration must exist and be tendered to support the Note. See Ansheuser-Busch Brewing Company v. Emma Mason, 44 Minn. 318, 46 N.W. 558. The Jury found that there was no consideration and I agree. Only God can create something of value out of nothing….
Plaintiff’s (Bank’s) act of creating credit is not authorized by the Constitution and Laws of the United States, is unconstitutional and void, and is not a lawful consideration in the eyes of the Law to support any thing or upon which any lawful right can be built….
Both parties were given complete liberty to submit any and all facts to the Jury, at least in so far as they saw fit.  No complaint was made by Plaintiff that Plaintiff did not receive a fair trial. From the admissions made by Mr. Morgan the path of duty was direct and clear for the Jury.
Now that gives me an idea.
Banker’s are hardly man’s best friend.
And that is the case and the opinion that quite literally set off a sh**storm.  Why? Because it very simply explained the fraud that is Banking.  And when given the undisputed facts, the jury had quite RIGHTLY found that there is no actual consideration given by the Bank because the bank just creates the money out of thin air. It doesn’t actually LEND MONEY IT HAS so the contract is not valid!
Do you see how dangerous this case is?  Under no circumstances can these ideas become known or discussed openly as anything even POSSIBLY legitimate.  It Had to be “erased” and found to be “kookery”.
Think of the implications otherwise.   A jury of regular people had been told the truth about what banks clearly do EVERYDAY and they saw that it is nothing but fraud. Nobody has agreed to allow banks to create money out of thin air.  The mortgages and other loans the bank’s make do not have any actual consideration!
Most people in the country assume that when someone borrows money from a bank that the bank is actually lending you some of the money that it has on deposit. But that is just not true under the fractional reserve system we have.  And if people understood this undeniable fact, as Henry Ford said, there would be a revolution overnight.  And so those in charge make sure nobody does find out.
The process by which money is created is so simple the mind is repelled.”—John Kenneth Galbraith
The law quite literally gives a protected class of private individuals, “central bankers”, (and their facilitators) the right to create money out of thin air, and then to “lend out” the made up money and collect interest on it.  You have to work. They do not.
    An honest thief, Josiah Stamp
    An honest thief, Josiah Stamp
“The bankers own the earth. Take it away from them, but leave them the power to create money, and with the flick of the pen they will create enough deposits to buy it back again. However, take away from them the power to create money and all the great fortunes like mine will disappear and they ought to disappear, for this would be a happier and better world to live in. But, if you wish to remain the slaves of bankers and pay the cost of your own slavery, let them continue to create money.” — Josiah Stamp Former Director of the Bank of England
The poor soon to be dead judge in this case clearly was a man of principle.  He believed the big lie he had been told about our country and the founding documents and our supposed “freedom”.  He believed the system was what he had been taught.  He was sadly mistaken and apparently paid for that mistake with his life in the form of a fishing accident.
The modern banker plying his craft.
The modern banker plying his craft.
There are two basic types of control systems. Overt systems,  meaning openly with force or threats, and covert systems, enforced, by way of disguise or in secret. In an OVERT system of control, the people CAN SEE the force used to keep them down, like in North Korea.  Therefore they KNOW that the legal system is rigged against them.  In a covert system the people are tricked into imagining they are in control and that therefore the legal system is “fair”. That is the key difference.
Our system is a covert system.  Therefore the ENTIRE system relies upon the people believing that they are in charge of the system, that the system works for them and that it is fair.
One of the most difficult concepts for people to grasp and accept is that the legal system is not there to dispense justice. It is there to control you under the GUISE that it is there to dispense justice.
The only obstacle that any covert system faces, such as ours, is making sure the people don’t find out  the TRUTH about the system.  Like the truth that this case exposes. And that is why so much time and money is spent brainwashing people very early on in government schools under government curriculum about justice and liberty and pledges of allegiance, etc. etc. And that is why the media tells us nonstop about how just and wonderful a country we have our whole lives.
So now that you see the reality of the system, let’s recap what happened in this case.  The BANK filed the case in the court. The BANK looked to the Court to take the property.  The bank did not complain it didn’t get a fair trial.  The bank did not complain it was not allowed to put on its evidence. The evidence used by the jury was the BANK’S own witness’ admissions.  The facts of this case were not in dispute!
And what was the result of all this after the jury found against the bank?  The bank ended up winning “later” on procedural grounds after the judge ended up dead, and the lawyer ended up disbarred.   Do you see the real system yet?
I don't whether to laugh or cry when I see people who are so deluded. They actually think that they have to WAIT for 9 guys and gals to GIVE them their RIGHTS.
I don’t know whether to laugh or cry when I see people who are so deluded. They actually think that they have to WAIT for 9 guys and gals to GIVE them their RIGHTS.
What more does it take for you to see that the Constitution prevents NOTHING!  It is not part of the solution, it is part of the problem.  Continuously talking about “getting back to it” and “enforcing it” and “its principles and limitations” just drains off energy that could be used to create REAL change.
If the constitution or the system actually did anything that people imagine, then outcomes like THIS could never happen. And if they did, the people would know about them and those responsible would have been brought to justice.  But none of THAT ACTUALLY happened because that is not what the system ACTUALLY does.
The system is there to control you, but its success depends entirely on you never finding this fact out.
I can’t take anymore freedom today.  Plus there are the limitations of space. There is a lot more to the case that happened afterwards. If you want to find out about it, I wrote about that here.  Because I am done for today.
I hope you learned something. Take care my brainwashed Brethren.  Live in the light and tell someone the truth about the law.

    🔵 The Saturn Connection

Have you ever wondered why the planets were named after God's despite merely  being little pin-pricks of light that we could not even differentiate from stars? Why were the lives of ancient peoples governed by these astronomical observation phenomena that were apparently of utterly no consequence to their daily lives and rendered  imperceptible compared to the sun and moon? Or were they really as I have just described?

Above: The diefication of planets. In almost all ancient       myth and religion the planets were not merely      representative of the gods, they were the gods!

What is the true source of the global archetype myth that was part of a little known culture whose mythology or perhaps even real experiences were arguably the genesis (or at least influencer) of all the better known and more familiar ancient mythology? Better answers surely lie in a synthesis between the latest science and the oldest myths rather that the prevailing insistence on making them mutually exclusive.

The one bit of emergent science that needs to be taken seriously to fully appreciate what I'm about to present to you is the electrodynamic centred understanding of cosmology rather than just working with the old "gravity only" paradigm. I say this particularly  because the electric sun is relevant, a model (where low energy fusion happens more as transmutation in the photosphere) and why I propose its superior to the thermonuclear fusion model (where high energy fusion happens in the core.)

    Myth:

Below: There was a time when all rock art represented a very different looking sun compared to how its been depicted in the last 1000 years (If it was even the sun at all)

Is there a possibility that our ancestors saw a different sun?

Here are some known problems with the notion of a solar system not being interfered with (in any fundamental way) for 4.5 billion years. It has an unusual profile which does not match any of the 1000s of exoplanet systems observed to date. Nearly all exoplanetary systems we discover are all vastly different, it seems we are unique in many ways.

Here below is some good speculation surrounding this potential scenario which is much more interesting yet still actually  scientifically MORE plausible and makes sense of mythology as well as accounting for our unusual, non-binary solar system and its lack of a "Hot Jupiter" .

Plasma formations and notions of a primordial sun (below)

That is not to say that plausibility is evidence per se, although this understanding I'm putting forward here for consideration has both circumstantial and specific hard evidence in spades when compared to the prevailing hypothesis, which basically doesn't have ANY.  I understand that last sentence is predicated on a bold claim. I understand the implications of such a claim.

The current reconstruction (it must be remembered that it's just a reconstruction) is basically just an educated guess. That's fine obviously, what other options do we have? BUT, now consider that such a guess is getting old and is one which emerged from now falsified astronomical assumptions.

How plausible is the conventional wisdom?

I propose It should actually be described as unlikely or barely plausible. In all of its underpinnings, none are confirmed by observation since being first speculated. Even the latest telescopes just keep increasing the conflicts between theory and observation.
All LAMBDA CDM principles (the cosmology model that sets the parameters for theoretical principles our solar systems origins are framed by) are falling apart over time going right back to the Big Bang.

As a sidenote please consider the fact that our "Standard Model" has a monopoly on public funding. It relegates global mythology to child-like fantasy and treats the improbable uniformity in their global structures and themes as pure chance.

    Science:
This post represents one possible stunning conclusion to two previous posts. Its notable conclusion is that all of the natural disasters associated with the post are related to a possible disassociation with our original brown dwarf star, the star Proto-Saturn, and assimilation into our orbit with the sun, or alternatively some relationship along those lines.

There can be no certainties but I'll make a case (or two) suggesting that such a scenario is a more complete circumstantial case than the unlikely accepted and established scenario. Four billion 500 million years of totally uninterrupted gradualism thinking is possible, but is it plausible?

No. A plausible case over that time frame would involve thousands of cataclysm scale events that flavour each stellar system. Understanding what these events were entirely is a fool's errand, but understanding events, even relatively minor ones, in the last few hundred thousand years may be attainable despite the fact that they occurred before written history..

    ..or did they?

    Here is the post

And the other post is a tutorial of sorts which I put together to succinctly cover all the most basic aspects of the science required to consider this a better understanding of the history of our solar system and a means of setting  a context for explaining historical anomalies through s version of human history that better assimilates the problems arising from the improbable timeline of the established story.
    Here is that post

    _______

    Let's get to it.

There is credible evidence to suggest we were one of Saturn's moons. This has has been proposed in many guises from David Talbots Saturn myth, later refined in collaboration with the Thunderbolts Project. Many variations of this hypothesis are currently energing, each with interesting angles I suggest you give a chance.

To dismiss this out of hand in light of all the evidence presented here (and in the two given links to previous posts) is in my view very unscientific. Nobody can claim to have the settled story of our solar system, and I would be very skeptical of anyone who makes such a claim.

Let me go over some aspects of this hypothesis

    The Polar Configuration.

    A) Gravitational capture. When a captured system enters a system of stronger gravitational or electromagnetic force.

Comet Schumacher-Levy 9 stretched to a  formation as the described "polar configuration"  looked as it approached Jupiter. Saturns satelites would have behaved similarly as it approached the sun.

    B) Electrodynamics. Herbig Harow objects. In the electric sun model which is gaining favour and supported by all observation to date (No observation as yet has ever been made supporting the accretion disc model which also does not work on computer model) the star Proto-Saturn would form immediately following the sun, and on capture not exceed escape velocity. Saturn would flicker out being dominated by the suns electrical environment and only a salty water residue, probably a shower of water raining down on its satelites such as earth, explaining its oceans and identical chemical composition which is such a mystery right now. When forming ice it would become a ring system on the equator, which is exactly what Saturn has.

    C) Other possibilities like this exist such as the Expanding Earth Hypothesis. The addition of so much water as well as changes to the earths ionized plasma charge environment of a brown dwarf changing to the more exposed emptier space Goldilocks zone of the sun may have effects on our planets size and gravity. This is initially quite "out there" sounding but the fact that the continents fit perfectly when the earth is 60% size is compelling, and its often pointed out, correctly, that a billion years of Continental Drift by the the current plate tectonic model would ensure that there is no recognizable relationship between continents. They would never fit together if this was the case or even bear a vague relationship, they would be entirely randomly shaped.

These, and many more seldom heard hypotheses, are all possibilities which only seem contraversial because we are trained to see an unlikely model, where for 4.8 billion years no real disturbances other than the formation of our moon, and the delivery of our water, and the craters of every moon in the solar system happen by ad hoc seperate events. The scenarios above actually could apart, or in combination explain all those events in a much more believable way. The orbital chaos could have lasted a thousand years or millions of years, easily accounting for extinctions and the anomalies of myth and legend, depending on when they happened. They also answer roundly ignored puzzles like the impossible size of dinosaurs and that is just the ones I have mentioned.
