Technocracy was a Big Movement in the 1930s. It will not only replace economic systems like capitalism and socialism but also to replace political systems (democracy etc) and sociological sytems, ideological systems, bureaucratic systems and even educational and industrial systems.
Technocracy was originally designed as a replacement economic system for Capitalism and Free Enterprise, masterminded by prominent engineers and scientists at Columbia University in 1932. It was to be a resource-based economic system that used energy credits as its accounting system, rather than currency as we know it today.
The Technocracy ideology turned into a movement when Technocracy, Inc. was founded in 1934 by Howard Scott and M. King Hubbert. Together, they wrote the Technocracy Study Course that became their go-to bible for all the meetings they held throughout the U.S. and Canada. At the peak, this membership organization had over 500,000 dues-paying members.
Technocracy Went Into Decline in the 1940s
Public appeal for Technocracy began to fizzle by the end of the 1930s, especially after the Hearst newspaper empire banned all of its writers from covering Technocracy. In 1970, Zbigniew Brzezinski was a young political science professor at Columbia University, the same place where Technocracy was born in 1932. Together, they subsequently co-founded the Trilateral Commission in order to create a “New International Economic Order.”
Technocracy is Fed to the United Nations in the 1980s
In 1987. Trilateral Commission member Gro Harlem Brundtland ended a United Nations-sponsored task force with the publication of Our Common Future. This book popularized the term Sustainable Development for world consumption. ExxonMobil is the world's largest oil corporation. It's the merged oil corporation of two of the thirty-four oil corporations that were broken up from the massive Rockefeller corporation, Standard Oil, in 1911. The Globalization of Banking
The globalization of big oil, banking and media preceded all the other mergers and acquisitions or share buybacks we see so prominently today. All three are pivotal in the climate change movement. On the face of that alone if one's suspicions are not already aroused one should never seek a career as a private investigator, detective or investigative journalist of any sort because one would not appear to have the intuition for it.
The Big Four Banks orchestrate their influence over most members of Congress, the corporate news media, and the Bush/Rockefeller created and run CIA, through their private organization, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).
We Should be very wary of the lingo and jargon the think tanks have already prepared for us going forward. None of it is sincere and all of it is designed with a political goal in mind. The Rockefeller Establishment bankers have made defacto admissions to using the climate change issue to whip up fervour among voters (to get out the vote for Democrats and moderate Republicans who will support their wars for control of the flow of all of the oil in the world.) In this talk, Prof. Sutton goes into his impeccable research on how a close-knit group of Western financiers and industrialists (centered around Morgan and Rockefeller in the US, and around Milner and the City financiers, in the UK) created and sustained Soviet Russia.
Particularly, he goes into how Wall Street/City of London financiers used their banking institutions and their industrial enterprises to help finance and sustain the Bolshevik Revolution. Build up Soviet industry during Lenin's Five-Year Plans, both through finance, technology/industrial transfers and technical assistance. Continue to build the Soviets throughout the entire Cold War, through the same kinds of deals. This included the Korea and the Vietnam eras, during which American troops were being killed by... Western-made Soviet equipment.
In his academic research, Sutton also went into how these internationalist interests also supported national-socialism, in Nazi Germany, and in general supported every brand of top-down, command-and-control, socialist type political system.
Sutton was not a wild speculator. He was a distinguished academic researcher who documented his conclusions impeccably in his several works. Not being able to counter his research, the establishment (including academia) simply attempts to ignore it, and pretend it isn't there.
The purpose for these Wall Street policies was very simple: to create, and globalize, what Sutton calls Corporate Socialism. A system under which everything in society is ruled by the state, and the state is, in its stead, controlled by financiers who, hence, get to rule and manage society, to their liking. In other words, to get society to work for the financiers, using a socialist state as an intermediary.
This is what we now know as the globalization economic model. As a result of all the clashes of the 20th century, most notably WWII and the Cold War (fought between powers that were manipulated and controlled by these banker cliques), the world has been 'globalized'. Meaning that it has been entirely taken over by these financiers, and is ever closer to being completely ruled by them, through not only the national states and national central banking systems, but mainly through supranational agencies and institutions.

Hovering in the grey area you have operational multinationals such as the Coca Cola Company from the US and Nestle, headquartered in Switzerland with global reach, influence and penetration.
