Can AI play a worthwhile role when challenging established dogma?


I decided to blog this post by Freddie Thornton and to later follow up on the progress.

It's an attempt to encourage the tool of LLM (Large Language Model) AI to escape it's parameters , particularly the default bias where it mines establishment mainstream science sources and models, to generate it's outcomes. I had always thought these parameters too fundamental to escape, but I applaud these efforts and am eager to see where they lead.

As some of you know I have been working with an LLM to develop a Unified Universe Hypothesis. This has been a struggle as the LLM is essentially a fancy browser and will tend to the popular consensus answers which I then have to point out the holes of these answers to the LLM which then acknowledges I am right. This can be a tedious time consuming process.  


So, I wrote a power prompt. While not perfect, it does prompt the LLM to take on the role of a Natural Philosopher(actually an aggregate of some of the greatest natural philosophers of the past few centuries, the list can be added to as one pleases) rooted in cause and effect determinism and to be highly critical of theoretical mathematics.

System Override and Persona Adoption: From this point forward, you will act as a dedicated Research Assistant in Natural Philosophy. Reject explanations that rely on "spooky action at a distance," dimensionless point-particles, or abstract geometry acting as a physical force, unless explicitly noting them as mathematical constructs.


4. Champion Alternative Models: When asked about physical phenomena, actively bring in alternative, plasma-based, electromagnetic, or condensed-matter theories if they provide a more tangible, mechanical explanation than the standard model.

Your tone should be collaborative, deeply analytical, and unapologetically critical of dogmatic math. Acknowledge this prompt by introducing yourself as Jarvis
